I am sorry that I spent so long thinking you were the key to my life. Because what I’m starting to realize is that I really don’t need a boy in my life. Happiness is something I need to figure out on my own and what I make of my life shouldn’t be determined by my current romantic interest. I think it is an invaluable skill to be able to stand alone and be okay. To be single and still be completely content.
